Harrah'S Reno Hotel & Casino, Reno

The hotel offers clean rooms and friendly service, but the location needs updating and cleaning. While the dining experience is hit or miss, the facilities are decent for a good stay.

The hotel had a great view from the 20th floor and was beautiful, although there were some issues like a dusty TV area and a very hard bed. The staff had some hiccups during check-out but the manager quickly resolved them, making the overall stay pleasant.
